We’re looking for a General Manager to lead one of our high-volume quick-service restaurants in Columbus, OH. This is an opportunity to bring your leadership skills to a nationally recognized brand while growing your career in a supportive, people-first culture.

What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and develop a team employees to deliver excellent guest experiences

Oversee all day-to-day operations including scheduling, inventory, payroll, and training

Drive sales growth and profitability through smart cost management and consistent execution

Build a positive workplace culture where team members feel valued and motivated

Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and operational standards

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience as a GM in quick service or fast casual dining

Strong leadership and communication skills — able to motivate and retain great people

Solid knowledge of P&L, food/labor cost management, and operational excellence

A growth mindset and passion for delivering great guest service
