Outsourcing Engineering Executive

The Opportunity

Collaborate with suppliers on the industrialization and process optimization of outsourced products, focusing on facilities, machinery and work methods used by the supplier, ensuring alignment with company standards and legal requirements.

Control of investments and budgets in a continuous improvement environment.

What you'll get to do

Planning

Conduct technical audits of key suppliers.

Work on the flexibility matrices and capabilities of products and suppliers.

Manage capacity and cost benchmarking across the supplier network.

Execution

Monitor the deployment of Factory 4.0 principles at key or strategic suppliers.

Support quality in the Outsourcing area to improve production results and TPM efficiency.

Participate in DPI meetings organized by Packaging to guide suppliers in the industrialization of different products, in collaboration with Quality teams.

Perform Green Belt functions, execute and manage actions, lead events and identify improvement opportunities in TPM's.

Contribute to the definition of initiatives related to future needs, new products, or technologies aligned with company strategy.

Update and maintain the suppliers' machinery list.

Control

Monitor and follow up on budgets for investments required at subcontractors.

Define, maintain, and present KPIs. Develop and implement improvement plans based on performance results.

Availability to travel to subcontractors in Europe.

Knowledges:

Experience working with industrial machinery and equipment.

Experience interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

Familiarity with Factory 4.0, continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing.

Experience in industrial environments, including production plants and packaging areas.

SAP knowledge will be valued.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

Languages:

English: High level

French: Valuable
