Business Analyst (Onboarding)

Responsibilities:
Prepare channel-based analyses and reports to measure customer acquisition performance
Monitor campaign and channel-based metrics
Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests, providing actionable recommendations
Develop new customer segments and improve targeting strategies
Analyze existing campaigns to generate insights that increase efficiency
Analyze large data sets using SQL, Excel, or other data analysis tools
Visualize performance data through dashboards and share with teams
Continuously measure the success of customer acquisition strategies and offer improvement suggestions
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
Experience in remote customer acquisition processes
Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking industry
At least 3 years of experience in customer acquisition processes within the banking sector
Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis skills
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis
Good command of English
