About the Role Step into a hands-on, high-energy role within our passionate Equipment Engineering Team, where your work directly contributes to the manufacturing and assembly of our cutting-edge machinery—designed and built in Australia, and deployed across our global sites.

Working hours are 6.30am - 3.30pm Monday- Friday.

This is a full- time salaried role with NO overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

Manufacturing and assembly of our automated sharps processing systems

Fabricate components for machine servicing and spare parts

Perform TIG welding on light and heavy gauge stainless steel

Read and interpret engineering drawings to bring designs to life

Construct final systems from sub-assemblies with precision and care

Uphold high standards of quality and safety

Collaborate with a team that values innovation, learning, and excellence

Experience, Skills and Qualifications?

Strong communication and organizational skills

A self-starter with a solid work ethic and a great sense of humour

Able to follow procedures and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Someone who thrives both independently and in a team setting

Previous experience in a Fitting role (minimum 3+ years preferred)

TIG welding certification preferred, or willingness to undertake certification training

Trade qualification in Engineering Mechanical, Fitter, or equivalent (Certificate III level preferred but not essential)

Australian work rights or valid work visa required

Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a manufacturing environment with standing for extended periods
