Schedule: No block scheduling, must be flexible (may include every weekend)
Float: Yes – to Med-Surg Oncology
Requirements
Experience: 2 years RN total + minimum 1 year Hematology/Oncology (MS Oncology required)
Certifications (Required):
BLS (Basic Life Support)
ONS/ONCC Chemo Certification
Certifications (Preferred): ACLS
Charting: Epic required
Licensure: Active RN license (OH or Compact)
Education: From ACEN or CCNE accredited program
Skills & Clinical
Chemo administration & post-chemo body fluid handling
Blood product administration
Central/PICC line care and draws
IV Therapy, port access, infusions
Telemetry monitoring & rhythm interpretation
Sepsis recognition
Rapid Response Team use
BMT/Stem Cell care (GVHD, graft rejection, CAR-T, stem cell therapies)

Compliance Deadline: Strict – Tuesday prior to start (no exceptions)
Fingerprinting: Required immediately upon booking (urgent process)
RTO Policy: Max 7 days, 1 major holiday off, no RTO in first 2 weeks
References: 2 required (1 manager/director; charge RN ok for 2nd)
Locals: Accepted at same rate
Former OSU staff: Must be gone 6 months
Current OSU employees: Not eligible as travelers
