As a Factory Manager, you shall be responsible for a safe, sustainable and efficient production and logistics operations in Saudi Arabia.

Here’s some of the other things you can look forward to:

Responsible for driving team development and owning their growth programs

Execution of the operations strategy, policy and processes for the efficient, effective and compliant delivery

Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining quality standards

Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations of the Factory

Responsible for maintenance of the factory, machinery and utilities.

Operation’s representative in the SOE, SOP, RF processes for Saudi and first point of contact of the business segment head

Drives continuous improvement, CAPEX and Cost Edge program owner

Maintains a low cost production per liter and high efficiency

Liaises with the relevant Ministries and ensures compliance to the local regulation

Responsible for the implementation of QHSE under the guidance of the Regional QHSE Manager. Ensure that a safe and healthy work environment exists by adhering to company health, safety and environment policies

As a fire marshal, ensures the fire protection systems of the facilities are in order.

Stay up to date with the latest production management best practices and concept.

Maintains stock levels according to the KPI’s specified. Liaises with other departments to ensure that the Service Level is kept high.

Serves customer deliveries out of Middle East Operations

Supervise local purchases of accessories, spare parts for machinery and any urgent purchases.

in concurrence with the Management.

Address employees’ issues or grievances and administer collective bargaining agreements.

The role will be based in Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) and will report into Middle East Operations Director.

Furthermore, we expect that you have

Bachelor’s/Master Degree in Chemical Engineering or Production Engineering or Masters in Chemistry

Proven work experience as Factory Manager in paint or chemical company, engineering and production

Strong leadership, team building, decision-making skils

Certified Fire Fighter and First Aider

Proficiency in computer systems including Microsoft Suite, etc. Knowledge in ERP applications

Familiarity with the industry standard equipment and technical expertise

Knowledge of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory process

Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)

Solid understanding of color and composition formulation, tinting and mixing processes

Ability to create accountability and lead by example

Excellent communication skills fluent in written and verbal English.

Ability to work with people from different nationalities and cultural backgrounds.
