Opportunity Highlights

Schedule: Clinic: 2.5 days per week, 8am 5pm and 8am Noon with OR 2 days per week

Job Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient

Types of Cases: General urology procedures including Cysto, Prostate biopsy, Fiducial markers, Wart fulguration and more

Credentialing: 90 120 days, emergency privileges available

Minimum Requirements

Board Certification: Board Certified Urology

Licensure: Kentucky license required
