Job Title: Data Entry Assistant
Position Summary
The Data Entry Assistant will play a key role in supporting our fundraising and membership efforts by ensuring timely and accurate entry of donor and member information into our database. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to confidentiality and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update donor and member information into CRM or database systems
Process incoming donations and membership renewals accurately
Maintain organized digital and physical records
Collaborate with the development team to ensure data consistency
Qualifications
Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or nonprofit operations preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
