About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Client Value Data Analytics Manager to lead initiatives that transform data into actionable insights and measurable value for clients. In this role, you will collaborate closely with client-facing teams, data analysts, and business leaders to design and execute data-driven strategies that improve client outcomes, strengthen partnerships, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of data analytics solutions that demonstrate and quantify client value.
Partner with account management, sales, and product teams to identify client objectives, define success metrics, and measure performance outcomes.
Develop client value dashboards, scorecards, and presentations to highlight ROI, trends, and business impact.
Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories that resonate with clients and stakeholders.
Proactively identify opportunities for clients to leverage data insights to enhance performance, reduce costs, or unlock new growth.
Manage a team of analysts to deliver timely, accurate, and insightful reporting and analysis.
Ensure data governance, accuracy, and consistency across reporting platforms.
Stay up to date with industry trends, analytics tools, and best practices to continually evolve client value measurement strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, client success, or a related role, with a focus on client-facing impact.
Strong skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and advanced Excel.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R a plus.
Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of analysts.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for executive-level audiences.
Demonstrated success in quantifying and presenting client value or ROI.
