About the role
Gain valuable knowledge and experience of:
working within the Document Management function for Offshore projects
the influence on project budget, time and quality requirements
ensuring traceability for all documentation during all phases of the project, including handover and operations
Assist the team e.g. with:
processing, quality checking, tracking and reporting for Offshore project documentation
the provision and receipt of data and communications to/from contractors
the reporting of progress to project managers
Job requirements and experience
You re an enrolled student in a business or IT-related degree. We count on your attention to details, your willingness to understand document management principles and relationship building
Your degree course is eligible for a year in industry placement
You have very good verbal and written communication skills
You re able to coordinate your own workload and to meet tight deadlines
Working in a diverse team environment and dealing with a range of stakeholders every day is something you feel comfortable with
You re open to travel to other sites if needed. Travel expenses will be covered by us
