About The Position

Wellhart is seeking a highly skilled Radiation Oncologist for a locum tenens position at a multi-specialty clinic in Michigan. This 60-day assignment begins on 11/24/2025, with a flexible schedule requiring on-site presence every Tuesday and potentially another day, with remote work options for the remaining days. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IMRT, SRS, and SBRT, as well as the ability to perform machine and patient QA. Responsibilities include chart checks in R and V systems, analyzing portal dosimetry, and working with Aria. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a Radiation Oncologist looking for a challenging and rewarding short-term assignment with the possibility of extension.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide expert radiation oncology services

• Perform IMRT, SBRT, and SRS procedures

• Conduct machine and patient QA

• Complete chart checks in R and V systems

• Analyze portal dosimetry

• Work with Aria system

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members

• Ensure high-quality patient care and treatment planning

Additional Information:

• Must be licensed in Michigan

• Strong knowledge of IMRT, SRS, and SBRT required

• Experience with portal dosimetry analysis preferred

• Flexibility to work on-site and remotely
