Senior Pega System Architect São Paulo, Brazil

What You’ll Do

Architect and implement scalable, high-performance applications using Pega PRPC.

Lead technical design and development efforts across complex projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address sophisticated business needs.

Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for quality, performance, and scalability.

Champion best practices and technical excellence throughout the delivery lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience building solutions with Pega.

Strong expertise in workflows, business rules, UI, data pages, activities, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience in financial services or insurance industries is a plus.

PCSSA certification is mandatory. PCDC certification is highly desirable.

Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.

Permanent residency in Brazil is required.
