What You’ll Do

Diagnose and repair commercial coffee brewers, grinders, espresso machines, and water filtration systems at customer sites

Perform preventative maintenance on coffee and water systems

Install and commission new machines; train customers on proper use and care

Use dispatch software to manage service tickets, log parts used, and maintain customer-specific data

Deliver professional customer service and build strong client relationships

Travel throughout the Kansas City metro and surrounding areas (company vehicle provided)

Who You Are

3+ years of experience in field service for commercial coffee/espresso equipment

Certified on at least one of the following: Franke (A-Line), Bunn (SureTamp, Fast Cup, Mastrena), Schaerer, or Thermoplan

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Able to lift 50–60 lbs and work comfortably with tools

Proficient with Windows and Android-based software

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Available to work 40+ hours per week including shared weekend on-call rotation
