Project Manager – Mission Critical Build

Package: Up to £200,000 GBP (or approx. CAD equivalent) + full relocation & visa assistance

The Opportunity

A global contractor is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead a high-profile, mission-critical build in Ontario. This flagship project involves complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems and requires a proven leader capable of driving delivery to the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of project delivery from pre-construction through commissioning and handover.

Manage budgets, schedules, and risk across multiple high-value packages.

Lead a multidisciplinary team of internal staff, subcontractors, and consultants.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety standards, and client specifications.

Maintain strong client relationships and provide transparent reporting to senior stakeholders.

Background & Experience

8+ years of project management experience on large, complex builds with heavy MEP scope (e.g., industrial, advanced manufacturing, pharma, energy, or mission-critical facilities).

Strong commercial acumen and contract administration skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
