People Solutions are currently recruiting for a HGV 7.5 Tonne Driver to join our well-established client based in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay and room to grow and progress.

Shifts: Monday - Friday 05:00 starts

Rates of Pay: £15.00 per hour

Approx 10-hour shift length

Day to Day Duties

Your duties as a HGV 7.5 Tonne Driver will be:

Monday to Friday

Driving Category C1 vehicles safely and efficiently

Complete 40-55 product deliveries to School in the North West (Fresh produce delivery)

Ensure all loads are maintained at the correct temperatures throughout the journey

Take photos to document successful deliveries

Address any customer concerns and promptly report them to your line manager

Essential Skills

The skills you will requires as a HGV 7.5 Tonne Driver will be:

At least six months of experience as a 7.5T Driver

Must hold a valid UK Category C1 Driving Licence

Must hold a valid CPC and Digital Tachograph

No more than six points for minor offences (no DR10, DG10, IN10, or TT99)

No major endorsements

Strong customer service skills

Training

Paid site induction

Industry related training and ongoing support throughout
