About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Global Supply Chain Manager to oversee and enhance our supply chain operations across Germany and international markets. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service excellence in a dynamic packaging environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of global supply chain strategies in alignment with business goals.
Manage day-to-day operations across procurement, production planning, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
Coordinate S&OP processes to align demand and supply effectively.
Monitor and optimize inventory levels to improve service levels and reduce costs.
Collaborate closely with production, sales, R&D, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Contribute to digital transformation and sustainability efforts within the supply chain.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and assist in contract negotiations.
Ensure compliance with international trade and logistics regulations.
Your Profile
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in packaging or process manufacturing.
Experience managing multi-country supply chains and working in cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and supply chain analytics.
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing, sustainability practices, and digital tools is a plus.
