Your Role

As an SAP MM Business Analyst, you will take ownership of procurement and materials management processes, ensuring SAP S/4HANA solutions are aligned with best practices and business requirements. Working closely with business stakeholders, process engineers, and subject matter experts, you’ll act as the bridge between technology and operations to optimise purchasing, inventory, and supply chain performance.

Key responsibilities include:

Analysing procurement and materials management requirements within SAP S/4HANA.

Driving process improvements in purchasing, vendor management, inventory, and invoice processing.

Identifying opportunities to simplify and standardise procurement processes across the business.

Translating functional needs into technical specifications for enhancements, reports, interfaces, and integrations.

Configuring SAP MM solutions in line with business requirements and SAP best practices.

Supporting feasibility studies, system testing, and quality assurance sign-offs for new releases.

Coordinating with SAP Competency Centres, project teams, and IT PMOs to ensure smooth delivery.

Preparing documentation, training materials, and delivering user training for procurement and supply chain teams.

Providing application support through the service desk process, ensuring business continuity.

What We’re Looking For

Proven background as an SAP Business Analyst, with strong expertise in SAP MM and procurement processes.

Understanding of supply chain and industrial business operations.

Fluent English with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Self-motivated, with experience in coordinating projects and reporting progress.

Ability to work in a hybrid environment, travel when required, and engage effectively across multicultural teams.
