We are seeking an experienced Project Quality Assurance Manager to enhance our national and international turnkey GIS/AIS high-voltage switchgear division, with positions available in Baden Württemberg, Germany.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee efficient implementation of quality-related project activities and services by suppliers and on-site, ensuring compliance with project-specific quality standards.
Facilitate continuous improvement through knowledge sharing, training, and regular coaching, including ongoing communication with project management, site managers, internal specialists, document controllers, and client representatives.
Verify adherence to project and organizational quality requirements by site organization and subcontractors.
Supervise testing activities at suppliers and on-site per the project quality plan.
Inspect completed work, initiate corrective actions as needed, and manage non-conforming products through identification, labeling, reporting, and isolated storage.
Contribute to mitigating project risks, developing and implementing solutions, and addressing customer complaints with prompt reporting and resolution.
Promote a culture of excellence by driving knowledge dissemination via training and coaching.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of relevant experience in projects and construction sites of varying scale, complexity, and contract types, ideally in GIS/AIS high-voltage switchgear.
Preferred experience in logistics.
Strong expertise in quality assurance and quality control.
Fundamental understanding of quality management systems (ISO 9001).
Proficiency in IT tools, including MS Office and document management systems.

Education and Language Requirements
Completed vocational training in civil engineering, electrical/electronic engineering, or a bachelor's degree in engineering (specializing in civil, process, chemistry, safety engineering, or natural sciences), or equivalent experience managing EPC projects for high-voltage switchgear.
Auditor certification is advantageous.
Fluency in German; business-level proficiency in English is preferred.
