Senior Test Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Senior Test Engineer with preferably a combination of skills of Driver and Test Engineer with a clear understanding of SDLC and testing theory. Seasoned in testing practice with good investigation skills to join our team in its work on IVI automotive project on-site. The client is willing to have the driver on-site (with QA experience) and the QA engineer (2 persons) who will perform field testing using a pre-production prototype car with a new-generation IVI system.

This opportunity is open in Wolfsburg, Germany, and relocation is mandatory here.

Requirements:

Driver license of category B

5+ years of experience as a Test Engineer

Automotive experience of at least 3 years

Field testing experience

Proven proficiency in the creation of test reports and defects

Solid experience in Test case creation

Understanding of SDLC and testing theory

German work permit

Very good communication skills in English

Flexibility in working schedule. Shifted working hours are expected. Begin after 14:00

Nice to have:

Prototype driver's license
