Mandate
Own cross-company initiatives that accelerate growth and professionalize the organization
Establish data-driven, tech-enabled processes across Sales, Ops, and the Control Center
Prepare and support strategic options, including regional expansion and bolt-on M&A
Ideal candidate profile
4+ years in project/strategy roles within a PE portfolio company, a scale-up, or consulting
Comfortable in a blue-collar environment; not afraid to get your hands dirty
End-to-end ownership of cross-functional programs with measurable outcomes
Strong tech/AI affinity; fluent with CRM, workflow, and data-driven decision-making
Analytical, hands-on operator; equally comfortable in the boardroom and on-site
Confident communicator with executives, customers, and frontline teams
Fluent German; strong English; based in Frankfurt, Darmstadt, or the surrounding area
Structured, self-directed, and a true team player
The role
CEO leverage: filter agenda, prep decisions, drive follow-ups and execution
Sales acceleration: stand up key-account cadence, sharpen CRM funnel & response SLAs
Operations excellence: digitize scheduling & Control Center, mobile reporting, compliant documentation
Performance steering (PMO): plan, track, de-risk initiatives; clear accountability and KPIs
Business cases & analytics: contract/customer profitability, service extensions, site ramp-ups
Inorganic growth: target screening, diligence support, and post-merger integration
Step in where it matters: clear backlogs, stabilize accounts, support shift planning when needed
Compensation
Competitive base salary (€ ~80k) with strong performance bonus
