Responsibilities

Collaborate with the product management team to assess technical requirements and difficulties in meeting customer segment requirements

Co-design and implementation of product requirements in clearly defined and scheduled development plans

Leading and promoting technical project discussions, as well as advice and support to move projects forward faster

Development of strategies for the expression of recombinant proteins for different expression systems by evaluating and selecting designs and translating them into recombinant reality

Guidance in identifying and establishing new procedures for the development and continuous improvement of our products and processes

Requirements

Biology/Natural Sciences University Degree (Master's or PhD)

In-depth experience in the life science/diagnostics industry and in the management of research projects

Expert knowledge in the production of recombinant proteins and protein purification technologies, especially for antigens, antibodies and enzymes

In-depth knowledge of recombinant proteins in assay applications

Experience in explaining technical scientific concepts

Strong skills in literature research with the gift of compiling, highlighting and communicating important information clearly and concisely

Very good communication and organizational skills as well as strong teamwork skills

Very good knowledge of German and English
