The Head of Trend and Change will work within the programme management office on behalf of the programme partner, liaising with a variety of stakeholders across the programme, reporting to the head of PMO.
Due to the strict security requirements, candidates must be a UK national and will need to progress through security clearance.
You’ll be responsible for:
Assessing, managing and developing change management activities including analysis and engagement.
Managing and support projects from commencement through to implementation.
Evaluating each project highlighting any areas of change to process and assess the change impact.
Ensuring a strong line of communication between the business and the stakeholders.
You’ll need to have:
Experience in a similar position using trend and change management processes and tools.
Background working with large organisations in their global change and transformation projects.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present information and communicate to individuals at all levels of an organisation.
Outstanding organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and timelines.

Qualifications & experience:
§ Experience working in a fast-moving project environment essential
§ Qualifications or related experience in trend and change management (ACMF, MSP Practitioner or APMG - Change Management)
§ Experience working on large programmes
§ Experience of nuclear or high secure sectors desirable
