Machine Technician

Key Responsibilities: Installation & Setup: Install, set up, and calibrate new machines and mechanical systems.

Maintenance & Inspection: Perform scheduled maintenance, conduct routine inspections, and calibrate machinery for optimal performance.

Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults, and repair or replace defective parts.

Technical Documentation: Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to understand how machinery works.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.

Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols, regulations, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Collaboration: Work with engineers and other technicians to solve complex problems and improve processes.

Fabrication: Fabricate parts using welding, machining, or other techniques when needed for repairs or upgrades.

Key Skills & Qualifications: Technical Knowledge: Strong background in mechanical systems and machinery operation.

Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose complex technical challenges.

Manual Dexterity: Proficiency with a variety of hand and power tools.

Technical Aptitude: Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.

Communication: Good communication skills for interacting with colleagues and management.

Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs, which may include different shifts.
