Key Responsibilities: Installation & Setup: Install, set up, and calibrate new machines and mechanical systems.
Maintenance & Inspection: Perform scheduled maintenance, conduct routine inspections, and calibrate machinery for optimal performance.
Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults, and repair or replace defective parts.
Technical Documentation: Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to understand how machinery works.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols, regulations, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Collaboration: Work with engineers and other technicians to solve complex problems and improve processes.
Fabrication: Fabricate parts using welding, machining, or other techniques when needed for repairs or upgrades.
