UF Health Shands is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to step into a pivotal leadership role in our Oncology and Cellular Therapy program. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support APPs within the Blood and Marrow Transplant Unit (BMTU)
Oversee staffing, scheduling, and day-to-day clinical operations
Lead educational initiatives and continuing professional development
Ensure compliance with FACT standards and accreditation requirements
Collaborate closely with executive leadership on goals and priorities
Drive quality improvement and process optimization across the program
Participate in budget management, hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations
Provide bedside care in both inpatient and outpatient oncology settings

What We’re Looking For:
Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program
Current Florida licensure and national board certification (PA-C or NP)
Minimum 5 years of experience in oncology, bone marrow transplant, or cellular therapy
Current BLS certification
Must meet credentialing requirements to practice at UF Health Shands
