Application Support Analyst

Our client is seeking a Support Analyst to join their team. This role is an On-site, Contract-to-hire position in Draper, UT.

Successful candidates excel at and enjoy:

Being the first point of contact for IT Support (tickets, calls, chats)

Troubleshoot technical and software issues for internal users

Deliver training on platform features and updates

Document issues and escalate complex problems as needed

Work closely with other IT teams to support platform functionality

Your previous experience includes:

Associate's degree or 3+ years of Application Support Analyst experience or similar field.

Working experience with JIRA.

Knowledgeable of Microsoft Suite including Windows, Microsoft Office, and related desktop software.

Understanding of networking terms and technology including DHCP, DNS, and VLANs.

Familiarity with a variety of SaaS model applications.

Salary: $31 - 33/ hr

Schedule: Mon - Fri, 5am-1:30pm on-site in Draper, UT
