Job Summary:
The Recruiter plays a vital role in our organization, responsible for hiring and identifying high-quality associates. They collaborate closely with team leaders to understand division and location requirements. By leveraging their knowledge of multiple recruiting sources, recruiters find quality candidates and implement strategies to attract them. They manage the hiring process: screen resumes, conduct interviews, handle candidate management, manage the background check process, and negotiate final offers. Recruiters maintain a comprehensive database of candidate records of active and passive prospects and employees. They continuously recommend new sources for candidate recruitment and evaluate their effectiveness to develop a sustainable recruiting strategy aligned with Quantum Services’ goals and needs.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Understand Quantum’s current open requisitions and work with the team leaders to effectively recruit based on division and location requirements
Develop relationships with leaders to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications
Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute strategies to find quality candidates
Screen resumes and manage job candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview preparation to final offer negotiation
Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other designations
Develop recruitment goals and objectives and identify key recruiting KPIs
Develop a sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs
Write, proofread, and post job descriptions
Recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates
Use a multi-channel approach to recruit
Evaluate which sources bring the best candidates
Plan and implement a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants
Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
Interview candidates following the company's rules and regulations
Adhere to laws, rules, personal data privacy, and regulations
Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress
Required Skills/Abilities:
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
Familiarity with job boards and computer systems designed specifically for HR
Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
