Quarterly bonus program - guaranteed amount for first 3 full quarters worked (adds $3/hr to hourly wage!)
Work/life balance: Shifts are Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (no weekends)
Paid Time Off (up to 2 weeks accrued in first year of employment)
Hourly wage starts at $21 for Level 1, $24 for Level 2, and is based on experience

Main Job Responsibilities:
Level 1 Mechanic: Cleaning trucks, work with hand tools, perform tire services, general shop upkeep and cleaning, and other duties delegated by Management.
Level 2 Mechanic: Perform all level 1 duties if needed but will spend most of the time on preventative maintenance including but not limited to: Servicing of trucks and trailers, DOT Inspections on trucks and trailers, minor engine diagnostics, emissions systems troubleshooting, Will receive training during this time from inside and outside sources for continual advancement opportunities.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or G.E.D.
Must have valid driver's license
Experience in cleaning trucks, working with hand tools, performing tire services, and other general shop upkeep and cleaning required for Level 1
Experience in preventative maintenance required for Level 2
