We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Certified Consultant with proven experience as a Business Analyst to support the delivery of CRM solutions. The role involves gathering and translating business requirements into effective Dynamics 365 solutions, aligning product vision with stakeholder needs, and ensuring successful implementation through collaboration with development teams and end users.
Key Responsibilities
Define and communicate product vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
Translate business objectives into a clear roadmap, continuously engaging with stakeholders and development teams to keep initiatives on track.
Prioritise and manage the product backlog, ensuring items are well defined, value-driven, and aligned with evolving business needs.
Lead or participate in discovery and analysis sessions to understand business processes and map them into Dynamics 365 CRM.
Conduct gap analyses to identify differences between current processes and Dynamics 365 functionality.
Develop and document user stories with clear acceptance criteria and detailed definitions of "done."
Prepare workflow documentation, requirements specifications, and system design artefacts.
Provide product demonstrations to stakeholders and support solution showcases when required.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand legacy data components, ensuring accurate data mapping and migration into Dynamics 365.
Design, architect, and implement integrations and migrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems.
Create and deliver end-user training documentation and facilitate hands-on training sessions.
Provide ongoing user support, troubleshooting issues, and delivering additional training as needed.
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships through the delivery of high-quality, value-driven solutions.
Offer expert advice on Dynamics 365 CRM functionality and its application within the banking and financial services domain.
Collaborate efficiently with offshore Agile teams to deliver project objectives.
Mentor and share knowledge with junior team members.
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with technical and non-technical audiences.
Adapt to tight timelines and changing priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
Skills & Experience
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification.
Strong background in CRM systems, with experience in the banking or financial services sector preferred.
Expertise in requirements gathering, backlog management, and user story development.
Solid understanding of business process design, gap analysis, and system integration.
Experience with data migration strategies and implementation.
Strong presentation and training skills, with the ability to develop clear and practical training materials.
Effective stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in Agile environments, including distributed/offshore teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
