What this job involves:
As a Sourcing Coordinator, AMER at JLL, you will ensure that procurement, risk and contract compliance requirements are met and maintained across the Americas region with a focus on document management of supplier contract relationships while supporting client and Jones Lang LaSalle teams by answering questions related to contracts processes and providing data entry/management support via SCMP technology platform. This comprehensive regional sourcing coordination role combines contract management expertise with supplier relationship oversight across AMER markets, requiring you to ensure required due diligence completion for supplier on-boarding including Corrigo administration while administering and maintaining contract and supplier files to ensure compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle and client requirements including supplier files, certificates of insurance, amendments, letters and other contractual documents. You will play a crucial role in JLL's commitment to procurement excellence across the Americas by handling prioritization, communication, coordination and contract negotiation with suppliers and operations teams, establishing relationships with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure contractual terms comply with standards, and serving as first level contact for COI/ISNetworld/Avetta risk management questions while processing COI exceptions in alignment with JLL Corporate requirements.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Support client and Jones Lang LaSalle teams across AMER by answering contracts process questions and providing data entry/management support via SCMP technology
Ensure required due diligence completion for supplier on-boarding including Corrigo administration and compliance verification across Americas region
Administer and maintain contract and supplier files ensuring compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle and client requirements throughout AMER markets
Handle prioritization, communication, coordination and contract negotiation with suppliers and operations teams across regional locations
Establish relationships with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure contractual terms comply with standards across AMER region
Track all correspondence and authorizations while maintaining detailed and accurate files with comprehensive documentation for regional operations
Support communication and resolution of compliance components related to Certificates of Insurance and supporting programs across Americas
Serve as first level contact for COI/ISNetworld/Avetta risk management questions while processing COI exceptions and managing regional data.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Purchasing and/or Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience supporting real estate, facilities services or Supply Chain Management
Strong oral and written communication and inter-personal skills with ability to support diverse teams and clients across AMER region
Organization skills with strong analytical ability for managing complex contract and supplier relationships across multiple markets
Excellent PC skills with proficiency in all MS applications and technology platform management for regional operations
Understanding of procurement processes and contract compliance requirements across Americas markets
Experience with supplier on-boarding processes and due diligence completion for regional supplier networks
Knowledge of contract administration including amendments, letters, and contractual document management across AMER
Ability to coordinate with legal and risk management teams for compliance verification across regional operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SCMP technology platform and Corrigo administration across multiple AMER markets
Background in facilities services or real estate procurement operations within Americas region
Understanding of regional Certificates of Insurance and risk management program administration across AMER
Knowledge of ISNetworld/Avetta platforms and COI exception processing for regional supplier networks
Experience with contract negotiation and supplier relationship management across diverse AMER markets
Familiarity with JLL Corporate requirements and account-specific compliance standards across Americas region
Background in correspondence tracking and authorization documentation for regional operations
Understanding of AMER real estate industry procurement and supply chain management practices.
