SUMMARY:

The Talent Development Coordinator reports to the AVP of TA&D and works with the Talent Development team to support CollisionRight’s employee development initiatives. This role is critical in coordinating, reporting, and communicating development programs and managing the TalentQuest LMS. The Coordinator will assist with loading content into the LMS, supporting program communications, and ensuring development resources are accurate and accessible. This role reinforces CollisionRight’s commitment to employee growth and development.

This role is onsite in Dublin, OH.

Pay $23-$28 per hour

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate logistics for training sessions (virtual, in-person, and hybrid), including scheduling, materials, venues, technology setup, and communications.

Manage backend reporting for the RightStart Apprenticeship Program, ensuring accurate and timely updates to program trackers.

Provide weekly and monthly program and production updates to the Talent Development Specialist and RightStart TA&D Manager.

Maintain data systems and spreadsheets that feed into the Power BI dashboard.

Assist with the migration and upkeep of SOPs, training guides, and learning content into the TalentQuest LMS.

Maintain the agenda for weekly RightStart meetings.

Use Easy Generator to convert SOPs and training guides into engaging learning materials for the LMS.

Support scheduling, coordination, and documentation of development training and onboarding programs, including orientation schedules for new hires at the Support Center.

Track attendance, participation, and completion of required training in the LMS. Generate reports and learning outcomes for continuous improvement and leadership review.

Create flyers and draft informational Workvivo posts when updates or changes need to be communicated regarding the LMS or RightStart.

Manage RightStart marketing materials: welcome kits, toolbox stickers, GM letters for onboarding, and certificates & graduation caps upon program completion.

Maintain the RightStart Smartsheet and assessment links. Track delayed progress and significant milestones, including verification of requirements for Mentor program bonuses.

Complete onboarding and offboarding for RightStart Apprentices and Mentors in Paycom, ensuring documents are added to employee files and PAFs are submitted as needed.

Provide administrative support for development initiatives, including calendar coordination, documentation preparation, and data entry in Paycom and ClearCompany as needed.

Send behavioral assessments to candidates and follow up until completion. Ensure results are shared with Talent Development and hiring teams in a timely manner.

Prepare data and PowerPoint slides as needed for training or to update stakeholders on the effectiveness of development initiatives.

Support the Talent Acquisition team with sourcing and interviewing candidates for high-priority roles when needed.

Perform other tasks and projects to support organizational learning and development initiatives, including work in the Paycom HRIS and ClearCompany ATS.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 1–2 years of experience in HR, training, or program coordination.

Experience in the collision repair industry preferred.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to track and report program data.

Working knowledge of HRIS and ATS systems, preferably Paycom and ClearCompany.

Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems, preferably TalentQuest.

Comfort with AI technology to create engaging content.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
