Instructional Assistant- Functional Skills Classroom
Description:
Responsibilities: * Assist in the education of students by attending classes & providing instruction.
* Work in small groups to help educate students.
* Work closely with the special education teachers to implement Individualized Education Plans (IEP's) * Any other duties deemed necessary by special education teachers or administration.
Qualifications: o Have a passion for working with and helping kids.
o Value education and the ability to understand and comprehend educational concepts to teach to students.
o Work well in a team and be a team player.
o Be able to pass a background check to work with youth.
o Minimum education of a high school diploma.
