Essential Job Functions:
Deals various table games.
Handles currency and chips.
Protects bankroll.
Follows house rules and dealing procedures.
Monitors layout at all times.
Must have ability to meet tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Marine and/or Security departments during times of emergency or otherwise, as required of the crew of a Coast Guard certified vessel.
Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.)
Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.

Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
Experience Required: Must have experience in dealing various table games.
Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities Required: Ability to communicate effectively with players and supervisors; ability to rapidly use basic mathematical skills; complete knowledge of all game rules and internal control policies.
Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required: Indiana Gaming Commission Occupational License - Level 2.
Other Specialized Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
