The Data Entry Specialist II is responsible for assisting with entering all transfer credits for evaluation purposes and evaluating transfer credit as requested.
In addition, this position is responsible for maintaining the transfer equivalencies in the student information system and other various portals to aid in a seamless evaluation process.
Qualifications Essential Job Functions: The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to: * Accurately enter transfer credits into student information system for evaluation.
* Obtain course equivalencies from Division Deans as needed.
* Assist with transfer credit evaluations and accurately enter equivalencies into the student information system as needed.
* Maintain transfer equivalencies within Jenzabar as curriculum changes.
* Update evaluations when final official transcripts for students are received.
* Enter specialized credit such as Advanced Placement, CLEP, etc Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties of the position at any time.
Requirements: * Bachelor degree required * 1-2 years of related data entry and processing experience, higher education experience preferred * Strong attention to detail and follow through * Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience with Jenzabar a plus.
This position is classified as non-exempt and may require the ability to work some evenings and weekend hours.
