AWS Lead

Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in a leading role, overseeing the development and management of cloud infrastructure using AWS technologies. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and have a passion for innovation and excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Applicants must be able to work directly for our company on W2

Minimum 8 years of experience in building and managing public and private cloud infrastructure with AWS, EC2, and S3 resources

Proficient in developing APIs for consuming AWS cloud resources using SDKs

Experience in deploying and automating AWS environment applications using CloudFormation Template scripts

Hands-on experience in Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, and REST API development

Experience with AWS services such as S3, EC2, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, CloudWatch, and Lambda

Strong understanding of DevOps practices, version control tools, and CI/CD pipelines

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience in the banking industry

Proficiency in Angular and other UI technologies

Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Cucumber

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Design, develop, and provide guidance on implementing microservices and unit testing

Support production environments and ensure system integration

Review code and design, providing expertise in the development and integration of systems

Develop scripts for using AWS Lambda to migrate and capture change data for legacy systems to DynamoDB

Write complex parallel streams and filters for effective data handling
