About This Role:

The Client Onboarding Representative plays a key role in guiding medium and large home

inspection clients through a successful onboarding journey as they adopt our innovative SaaS

and service offerings. As our company experiences rapid growth in the B2B home inspection

space, this role is essential to helping clients realize the full value of our solutions. From

technical setup and training to customer support and process improvements, this position

collaborates closely with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless onboarding

experience that drives client success and business growth.

What You'll Do:

• Lead full-cycle onboarding for new clients, including technical setup, training, and go-live

support

• Run video-based meetings to guide clients through software configuration and

onboarding

• Act as Tier 2 support for onboarding-related issues and software configurations

• Manage onboarding pipelines in HubSpot with precision

• Create and deliver training content, support documentation, and client resources

• Collaborate closely with product, sales, and support teams to ensure smooth adoption

and long-term client success

• Help us continuously improve the onboarding process to keep raising the bar

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years in client success, onboarding, technical account management, or sales

• Strong communication skills-especially via video and with both technical and non-

technical audiences

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients at once

• Quick learner with a deep curiosity for technology and systems

• Experience with HubSpot and SaaS platforms preferred

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Bonus: Knowledge of the real estate or home inspection industry

The job is primarily performed indoors in a traditional office setting with a temperature-controlled

environment. The person holding this job must constantly talk, hear, stand, or sit for extended

periods while using a computer, telephone, or other productivity devices to communicate with

others and conduct business. While performing the duties of this job, the individual is

occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, use their arms and legs and move their

whole body and balance, walk, stoop, maneuver, carry, lift, push, pull, and occasionally move

materials/objects weighing less than 20 pounds. This role requires frequent use of fingers and

hands to handle, feel, or operate objects such as computer keyboards, office equipment, and

audio/video/telecommunications equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include

close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less), distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more),

peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right

while eyes are fixed on a given point), depth perception (three-dimensional vision), the ability to

identify deviations and differences from an established tolerance or standard and adjust focus

between objects, materials, colors, and textures.
