An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and qualified therapist to work within the Outpatient therapy service at either Bristol Park Clinic or Bristol Hospital, on-site and remotely.
Hours for this sessional role are flexible and will be scheduled according to the centre's requirements.
While specific hours may vary depending on demand, we aim to provide clarity as service needs become clearer.
This approach ensures the centre can respond effectively to changing demands.
You must live locally to the area to be able to conduct face-to-face meetings/sessions as and when required.

To work with Priory as a sessional therapist or psychologist, we ask that you ideally have a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience, and can demonstrate a good level of clinical experience in your chosen field.
You are able to offer strong clinical judgement, excellent communication skills and able to adhere to good organisational clinical governance; which will include the use of digital platforms, concise clinical notes and attending risk management meetings as required.
Accreditation with an approved professional body is required, which includes HCPC, UKCP, BABCP, BACP, NCPS, BPC, ACAT, and ACP (relevant to the type of modality you wish to offer). We can consider 'working towards accreditation' in certain circumstances, and can discuss this on a case-by-case basis.

As an ASC Assessor, you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients.
You will also; * Complete specialist assessments for individuals with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) to inform diagnosis and care planning.
* Work closely with the multidisciplinary team (MDT), including psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, and nursing staff.
* Contribute to the development and review of personalised treatment plans.
* Provide expert guidance, advice, and support to colleagues, patients, and families regarding the ASC.
* Maintain accurate records and reports in line with professional and organisational standards.
