Job Description

Lead the management and optimization of endpoint security tools, specifically CrowdStrike, across multiple platforms including workstations, laptops, and servers.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance endpoint security posture, aligning with industry best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of endpoint security solutions into existing systems.

Provide technical guidance and support for endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools.

Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security policies.

Monitor security alerts and respond to incidents related to endpoint security.

Train and mentor team members on endpoint security tools and protocols.

Stay updated on emerging security threats and recommend proactive measures to mitigate risks.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Associate Director, Endpoint Security (CrowdStrike) should have:

Proven expertise in managing endpoint security tools, particularly CrowdStrike.

Strong technical skills in endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions.

Knowledge of security protocols and best practices in technology.

Experience in the financial services industry is beneficial, but candidates from other industries are welcome.

A CISSP certification is a plus.
