INSTRUCTION AND ASSESSMENT - The teacher will deliver the instructional program in an organized and effective manner by: a.
Providing quality work that engages students in learning b.
Knowing how to teach the subject(s) to students c.
Recognizing and responding appropriately to individual difference in students d.
Differentiating instruction for a variety of developmental stages and ability levels e.
Implementing adopted curriculum subject matter standards and assessment instruments to meet school and district goals f.
Planning lessons in a logical sequence g.
Demonstrating knowledge of the subjects to be taught and the relationship to other subjects h.

Performing other duties as assigned by administrator TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 187 days Salary for this position shall be commensurate with the year of experience as determined by polices and procedure of the Moss Point School District and in accordance with the pay scale.
EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with provisions of the Board Trustees' policy on evaluation of District personnel.
