Customer Service Tech

A customer service technician helps customers with technical issues related to their equipment or service. They may also be referred to as technical support representatives.

Requirements

- Hours 7am - 3:30pm

Knowledge of MS Office

-2 years experience as a CSR

- Must be Computer Savy

- Excellent communication

and Customer Service skills

- MUST be Bilingual

- Knowledge of Order Entry Systems

- Must pass Verification
