Title: Clinical Director

Compensation:

Pay Range: $63,000-$90,000 Per Year

Description:

Play a direct role in saving the lives of patients by providing and promoting an environment of long-term recovery.

Partner with leadership to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist and direct clinical meetings and case conferences with all clinical staff.

Participate in and lead treatment team meetings as well as grievance and appeals meetings.

Provide counseling hours to clients, individually or in groups, as required by federal and state regulations.

Maintain and supervise all program, state, and federal paperwork related to client files.

Manage personnel issues concerning clinical staff.

Perform other related functions as required.

Qualifications:

Must have LCADC and a master's degree in a related field with at least five years of experience in addiction services, including at least two years in a supervisory role.

Alternatively, must have a doctoral degree in human services, mental health, social work, or medicine with at least two years of supervisory experience and relevant certifications.

Certifications may include Licensed or Certified Alcohol & Drug Abuse Counselor, Certified Clinical Supervisor, or relevant board certifications in addiction medicine or psychiatry.
