Nesco Resource is looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for our client to manage domestic and international customer accounts. This role involves order entry, logistics coordination, invoicing, and customer communication to ensure accurate, on-time delivery and excellent service.
Monday thru Friday
Pay $17.50-$21.50
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage customer orders using SAP and PeopleSoft
Coordinate shipping logistics using Origin Manager
Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours
Create and maintain customer profiles and purchase orders
Issue credits/rebates and resolve payment discrepancies
Collaborate with internal teams (Shipping, Finance, Planning, etc.)
Support sales with reports and pricing quotes
Requirements
2+ years’ experience in customer service or corporate environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, SharePoint)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with SAP is a plus
Associate degree preferred, not required
