Position Title OFFICE ASSISTANT- AUXILIARY SERVICES Reports To Manager Functions and Responsibilities Job Summary The Office Assistant for Auxiliary Services is responsible for performing support activities related to the functions for the Office of Auxiliary Services.
Supervisory Role Oral and written instructions are received from the Manager of Auxiliary Services or designee.
Duties & Responsibilities 1.
Assist with operational and administrative details of the office inclusive of the handling of routine clerical functions and tracking of facilities usage.
2.
Assist with managing and maintaining the calendar of events for both the Newark and West Essex campuses, including tracking event details related to setup needs.
3.
Maintain organized records and assist with the preparation, processing, and filing of request forms, purchase orders, and supply requisitions.
4.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date files on institutional rental contracts and other related documents.
5.
Assist with the preparation of routine, special, and ancillary reports.
6.
Maintain strict confidentiality and security of staff, student, and client records.
7.
Perform other related duties as required.
