Patient Demographics: Adults & Pediatrics

Patient Volume/Census: ~47 patients/day (~18,000 annually)

FACILITY INFORMATION

No. of Beds in Department: 12 ED beds

EMR System: Ochsner Epic

Support Staff Available: NP/PA daily (12p-10p)

Reason for Coverage: Supplemental

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

Hospital Privileges Required: YesJOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses: Active Louisiana State Medical License, CDS, and DEA

Board: BC/BE in EM, FM, or IM (ABEM, AOBEM, ABFM, ABIM accepted)

Certifications: ATLS, ACLS, PALS

Experience: Minimum 2 years of Emergency Medicine experience
