Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor at McCluskey Chevrolet in Cincinnati, OH, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and assisting clients with their automotive service needs

JOB TITLE: Service Advisor

REPORTS TO: Service Manager

LOCATION: Cincinnati, OH

SHIFT: 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm

A SHORT LIST OF YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Taking notes regarding the customer's concerns

Quoting and selling estimates

Updating the customer as needed

Communication with technicians

Creating RO's based on the service/repairs the customer requests and approvals

Neat and clean appearance

Ability to work well independently and in a fast-paced team environment

Ability to multi-task and de-escalate upset customers

Professionally speak to customers always representing the McCluskey Automotive in a positive way

Superior attention to detail with impeccable time management skills and a passion for Customer Service
