Description of the role:

We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to at to our already outstanding team at Lamoille Valley Ford in Hardwick, VT. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive service environment.

Responsibilities:

Advising customers on their vehicle service needs

Scheduling service appointments

Estimating time and cost for services

Organizing work orders and ensuring timely completion of service

Requirements:

Prior experience in automotive service industry

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
