We are seeking an experienced Regional Maintenance and Plant Operations Manager to oversee the maintenance operations across multiple nursing home facilities. This role ensures that facilities remain safe, functional, and compliant with regulations, providing a comfortable environment for residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff across facilities.

Manage routine and emergency maintenance tasks, inspections, and repairs.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Oversee preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and systems.

Collaborate with facility management to address specific needs.

Maintain records of maintenance activities and manage budgets.

Respond to urgent maintenance issues, including after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications:

Experience in maintenance or plant operations, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.

Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).

Experience in healthcare or long-term care is a plus.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
