The ideal candidate will hold a valid NJDOE Instructional Certificate in either Teacher of the Handicapped or Teacher of Students with Disabilities and demonstrate a strong interest in supporting students ages 18-21.

Candidates should have experience or a high interest in working with culturally diverse learners and students with behavioral challenges, using strategies such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or similar instructional approaches.

Qualifications * NJDOE Instructional Certificate (Teacher of the Handicapped or Teacher of Students with Disabilities) - required * Experience working with students ages 18-21 - preferred * Knowledge of ABA or similar behavioral instructional strategies * Ability to relate to culturally and linguistically diverse student populations * Commitment to inclusive and supportive educational practices Salary & Benefits * Annual Salary Range: $64,064 - $82,487 (commensurate with education and experience) Note: Starting salaries typically fall within the lower portion of the range due to collective bargaining agreements.
