Position Type: Maintenance/Custodial Date Posted: 8/27/2025 Location: District Closing Date: 09/03/2025 Additional Information: Show/Hide Skilled Maintenance: Lakewood City School District; 2025-2026 school year; 260 days/year; first shift, 6:30 a.m.
until 3:00 p.m.; 8 paid hours with 30 minutes unpaid lunch; Job Grade 9; full time health benefits and SERS retirement.
Must have a HS Diploma or GED.
Post-secondary education and/or documented training in mechanical, electrical, carpentry and/or plumbing trades preferred.
Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate their knowledge relating to the various maintenance needs.
Responsible to building administration, Operations Department Administrator, and/or designee.
