Location: Franklin, WV

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Scheduled Hours: 36/week (35 hours guaranteed)

Start Date: Flexible

Overtime Pay: Begins after 40 hours/week

Hourly Rate: $42/hr

Weekly Pay: $1,512 Job Responsibilities:

Provide support to the Occupational Therapist in delivering high-quality care

Assist patients in regaining functional skills through therapeutic activities

Follow treatment plans and document patient progress accurately

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care

Maintain compliance with facility and federal/state guidelines

Educate patients and families on continued care techniques and exercises • Requirements:

Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in West Virginia (or willing to obtain)

Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a COTA (preferred)

CPR/BLS Certification (AHA preferred)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and documentation skills
