We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cardiac Sonographer to perform diagnostic examinations using ultrasound equipment to produce images of patients' hearts, ensuring patient care and comfort throughout the process. The Echocardiographer will work closely with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and high-quality imaging services for patient care. Your core knowledge of anatomy and physiology will enhance accuracy of diagnoses. Strong communication skills will be essential in collaborating with medical staff and explaining procedures to patients, contributing to a supportive healthcare environment. QUALIFICATIONS: Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Ultrasound program required. ARDMS (American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers) Registered or registry eligible in Adult Echo required. Experience with abdomen, OB/GYN, breast, vascular preferred. Minimum of one (1) year experience performing echocardiography exams preferred. Minimum one (1) year experience in a rural hospital setting preferred. SALARY: $$- $$/ hr.
